Dear Family:
We are Friends of Toys for Tots. Toys for Tots was started in 1947 by the Marine Corps Reserve and has continued to do so nationwide for 61 years.
Friends of Toys for Tots is responsible for the Southern Pinellas County area (south of Ulmerton Road) and another association is responsible for Northern Pinellas County. Their contact information is at the bottom of this page.
Qualifying families for assistance through our program is generally handled by Agencies that work with families in need all year long. We collect and provide toys for distribution only.
This year, the Friends of Toys for Tots is working with the following organizations.
You need to contact them directly. We also give toys directly to about a dozen other agencies.

Deadline for applications is Friday December 4, 2009
Pinellas County School Administration – Guidance Counselors and/or Social Service workers at each school.
Family Service Centers -- 2nd Ave S., St. Petersburg
Pinellas Opportunity Council – 1st Ave N., St. Petersburg
Healthy Families – 49th Street N., Pinellas Park
Mary’s Outreach – Central Ave, St. Petersburg
They all have or will have a limited number of applications.
You may use one and only one application for all children in each family in a single household, regardless of age below 14 years of age. Multiple applications from the same agency or other agencies may cause voiding of all your applications as well as depriving other families the benefit to qualify their children.
